These sugar cookies were made for a 1st Communion. The little boy asked his mom if she could get him blue and green cross cookies for their lunch party after the Communion. This is what I came up with.
This was the first time I used this type of icing. I was not too thrilled with the way they came out. His mama LOVED them and even better he was THRILLED! I have gotten much better with making this icing and have even more ideas how to make it better for me.
